Using the site

You must be 21 or older to use THCA Group. Our articles are reporting and commentary on the law as of the date shown on each one. They are not legal advice and may not reflect changes after that date. Quote us with a link; do not republish whole articles.

Buying from the Shop

An Order Request is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made only when an Operator has confirmed the products, prices, delivery and payment with you by telephone. We may decline any request.

Prices are in US dollars and may change until confirmation. Stock is reserved for you at confirmation, not before.

Lawfulness

You are responsible for knowing whether the products are lawful where you take delivery. The site does not restrict orders by state; our reporting on state law is information, not permission.

Federal rule change

When the federal total-THC rule takes effect (currently scheduled for December 11, 2026), products that no longer qualify as hemp are withdrawn, and unconfirmed requests for them are cancelled.

Disputes about an order

Call us first. Remedies for a damaged or incorrect delivery are agreed with the Operator who handled the order.
