Age requirement

All of THCA Group, the reporting as well as the Shop, is for adults aged 21 or older.

Entering the site. A notice over the first page asks whether you are 21 or older. Answering yes is your declaration of age; we remember it on that device for 30 days with a cookie. Answering no keeps the site closed to you. Search engines see the same page as readers, with the notice over it.

Ordering. The checkout asks you to confirm your age again before an Order Request can be sent.

Delivery. Whoever hands over the order may ask for photo ID or a signature. An Operator will cancel an order if there is reason to believe the buyer is under 21.

If you think a minor has placed an order with us, contact us with the order number and we will cancel it.
