How ordering and delivery work

Buying from THCA Group takes one form and one phone call.

First, the Order Request. Choose flower in the Shop by the half pound or the pound and send the request with your contact details and how you would prefer to pay: cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, card or something else. That preference is a note for the Operator. Nothing is charged online.

Then, the call. An Operator phones you, reads back your order, checks it against the stock of each Batch, and works out the Fulfillment Arrangement with you: in some cities a Local Representative can hand the order over and collect payment; elsewhere the order ships once payment is settled. Carrier, packaging and timing are agreed on that call.

Finally, delivery. Each Batch travels with its certificate of analysis.

Where we deliver

Order Requests are accepted from every US address, and the site blocks no state. Hemp law differs from state to state and is changing fast; our state-by-state reporting explains the rules, and it is your responsibility to know the law where you take delivery.

After delivery

Every Delivered order receives an invitation to review us on Trustpilot. We do not choose who gets one.
