Contact the newsroom

Phone, email and opening hours are printed at the foot of every page. Tell us which desk you need in the first line and it reaches the right person faster.

News tips

If a bill, rule, raid, recall or court ruling touches THCA hemp, we want to hear about it. Send documents where you can. We protect sources who ask for it.

Corrections

Spotted an error in an article? Email the headline and what is wrong. Corrections are made in the article itself, with a note at the end saying what changed and when. We do not quietly rewrite.

Orders

Questions about an Order Request go to the same number; have your order number from the confirmation email ready. An Operator calls back every new Order Request during opening hours.

A warning about impostors

We only call from the number on this site, and we never ask for payment before an Operator has confirmed your order with you.
