Privacy notice

Readers

Reading THCA Group requires no account. We set a cookie to remember that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and a cookie that counts the items in your cart. Where this site uses Google Analytics, it records anonymous page views so we know which reporting is read.

Tipsters

Tips and documents you send the newsroom are used for reporting only. If you ask us to protect your identity, we will.

Customers

An Order Request gives us your name, phone number, email, delivery address, Payment Preference and the products you chose. We use them to call you, deliver the order and keep the records the law requires. Operators add notes from the call.

Sharing

Your details go to the person or carrier who delivers your order, to our email provider for order emails, and to Trustpilot, which sends the review invitation after delivery. We do not sell or trade personal data.

Your rights

Email us to request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for that purpose.
